Our knowledge of construction cost comes from the field, we have over 35 years of experience in mechanical contracting & construction, we bring this to the table with each project. We maintain relationships with equipment suppliers and mechanical contractors to cost check. We know the costs to build mechanical systems and design with this knowledge. In addition, our cost of design is always competitive.
EFFICIENCY
HVAC systems are the main energy consumer in any building. With this in mind the HVAC design has significant impact on any organization, both functionally and financially. There is a balance with initial cost, energy costs, and long term maintenance. We know how to work with all these factors.
CONSTRUCT-ABILITY
With our combined knowledge of construction in the field and designing HVAC systems our plans have less problems when a project is built. We place a priority on getting plans done right and well thought out before any duct is hung in the air. We also place a lot of value on treating contractors as team members.

SPECIFICATIONS
Critical to the success of a construction project is communication. We work directly with sub-contractors to insure everything is understood completely. We also work with both owners, architects, general contractors, and sub contractors to meet budgets and work through construction concerns from design to construction to maintenance.
Specifications are often confusing and bloated. We have streamlined our specifications to make sense, be easily searched, and highlight critical information. We also happy to speak to sub contractors any time to clarify questions. We include our job specific contact information for all contractors.
RESPONSE TIME
DESIGN COST
We have a major priority on response time. Our goal is to have a 36 hour turn around on questions and RFI's.
We are competitive on all of our design costs both in engineering and drafting. We will match or beat and reputable company.
