# Who does dispatch / who handles service coordination?

_Dispatch and Service Coordination_

**Mikayla Unrein**, our dispatcher, handles dispatch and scheduling. She dispatches technicians and keeps customers informed from the first call to the closed ticket. To schedule service, call [(801) 217-9812](tel:+18012179812).

Our service organization is led by **Travis Leeper**, Service Director, who oversees service sales, preventative maintenance programs, and the customer experience.
