Chris leads the sales organization, owning pipeline, pricing strategy, and the customer relationships behind new work — and making sure what gets sold is what the field can deliver.

Jeris leads operations, connecting estimating, project management, and the field into one delivery system. He owns production capacity, scheduling across jobs, and the standards crews work to.

Gonzalo leads the financial side of Salmon Mechanical, keeping the business on solid footing. He owns payroll and HR, accounts receivable and payable, and banking relationships — making sure the numbers stay disciplined as the company grows.

Josh sells project work from first walkthrough to signed contract — scoping new construction and replacement jobs, then staying with the customer through handoff to the project team.

Tyson sells project work across Utah's commercial market, scoping installations and replacements, developing proposals, and setting expectations clearly before a job ever reaches the field.

Travis leads the service organization, where responsiveness and customer satisfaction define the relationship. He owns service sales, preventative maintenance programs, and the customer experience — keeping commercial facilities running and clients confident in the work.

Mikayla coordinates service, dispatching technicians and keeping customers informed from the first call to the closed ticket. She owns scheduling and the communication that keeps response times short.

Brad sells maintenance and service contracts, building the preventative programs that protect facility uptime. He owns the agreement from proposal through renewal and keeps clients ahead of equipment problems.

Brad leads the plumbing division across commercial and industrial service and installation. He owns plumbing manpower, scope, and quality — so one contractor can carry both mechanical and plumbing.

Chase runs the in-house fabrication shop where spiral and rectangular duct is built. He owns shop scheduling, production quality, and getting fabricated material to job sites when crews need it.

Zac manages commercial projects from award through closeout — coordinating labor, material, and schedule, and serving as the customer's point of contact for the duration of the job.

Brady manages projects from install schedule through closeout, keeping crews, materials, and customers aligned. He owns project operations, labor and material coordination, and the customer relationship on every job he runs — delivering scope on schedule.

Jace supervises crews in the field, running installations on site. He owns daily production, coordination with other trades, and the quality of the work his crew turns over.

Jordan manages installation projects from kickoff through final signoff, coordinating crews, equipment deliveries, and inspections so the work stays on schedule and within scope.

Tavius runs the warehouse and fleet that keep every crew equipped and on the road. He owns fleet management, warehouse organization, shipping and receiving, delivery, and the trucks, lifts, trailers, and containers behind every project.
